Address of Villa will be provided after
full payment is received 30 days
prior to arrival

Daily Maid Service is not provided.
We recommend adding a cleaning service ($95) for stays longer than 15 days

Please put trash out daily in Benchmate outside of front door.  We supply
plastic trash bags

Children must be supervised at all times in the pool area.  Please use the pool safety fence with small children

Although Windsor Hills is a safe community, we provide a home alarm system and a small safe for your valuables

Property Management Company

Gold Key is our property management company and is located within 2 miles of the Villa.  They are available while you are there for any last minute items or emergencies.  You are welcome to contact them at any time about us or our Villa.
