Built in 2007 with an open floor plan, this Villa is tastefully decorated with upscale furnishings, yet kid friendly.  The Great Room (living room & dining room) features a 50 inch Plasma TV, DVD player and comfortable seating. 

All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, pillow-top mattresses, iPod docking station clock radios, ceiling fans and private bathrooms.  The Master King Bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens onto a screened Lanai and Pool with a spa hot tub. 

 The Lanai and Pool area overlook a conservation area with a pond and fountain for a fantastic view.  The view from the Lanai faces West so that you get all of the late morning, afternoon and evening sun with beautiful sunsets! Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Villa, Lanai and Pool Area. 

The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, microwave oven, range oven and dishwasher. The cabinets are filled with dishes, pots & pans, baking dishes, utensils, tableware, glasses, coffee & tea makers, toaster and all the items you would expect in a fully stocked kitchen.
