[Our] family from Scotland thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this villa, having used a hotel on a previous holiday.  The weather was brilliant - though that wouldn't be hard from Scotland.  We visited Celebration and decided that we could happily live there as it is so idyllic!

We had lovely meals - we recommend the Olive Garden, especially the bruschetta.  If you want to eat downtown Disney, go early or book.

P.S., I recommend going on Popeye in Universal Studios and the Simpsons ride.  Thank you!

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation.  Your home is beautiful and exactly what we were looking for.  We love the privacy of your backyard.  What a treat to not have others looking in on your space.  Coming from a Mom, I think the best feature in your house is that the alarm beeps if the children open the slider to the pool.  Two of our friends who also stayed at Windsor Hills did not have this feature and wished they would have.

We had a wonderful time!  This is the 4th house we have stayed in - in this neighborhood and this was the cleanest!  The weather was awfully hot!  We left Disney because of the heat.  If you have a baby in a stroller, we recommend that you get a clip-on fan.  If it rains, get ponchos before you get to the parks - they are $8-9 each.  We will be back!

I just wanted to let you know that we all enjoyed our stay at your lovely home at Windsor Hills. My family and my brother's family had a great time in Orlando and your house was the best option for our vacation. This was my brother's and his family first time with us in Disney/Universal, and coming back from the parks to the house after a loooong hot day was a blessing! [How was your stay?]  Wonderful!!!  We will stay with you if we come to florida again!!!  The Sherberth road to Disney is sooo close!  I think it takes less time than staying onsite and taking their buses.  Also, there was a bedrail for toddler which was very helpful.  The only thing that was missing was a pack n play sheet.  I brought my own, but thought maybe you'd want to purchase one.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Disney and wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. We could not have been more pleased with our accommodations. Your home is absolutely perfect in every aspect. We have previously stayed at Disney resorts and also in another vacation home and none have offered the comfort and convenience of your home. Your home is spacious and extremely well furnished and the four bathrooms were a blessing with four girls to share each day. We are already planning another trip and hope to be able to return to your home for our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at your wonderful home in Florida.  It was absolutely beautiful, well equipped and very clean.  Our whole family really enjoyed our stay there.  Only one disappointing thing, for our grandchildren was that we paid for part of the pool heat but it did not get heated up enough to use.  We would certainly recommend your home to family and friends.  [Owner's Commentary:  the weather was unusually cold in Florida this winter!]

Thank you for a very enjoyable visit to Orlando.  Your home is comfortable, well decorated and well equipped.  Unfortunately, the weather was cold during our time here, but we still enjoyed the sunshine.  We visited Epcot, Disney Studios, and Animal Kingdom, rode "Everest" and "Tower of Terror" and shopped a little.  Our time here was relaxing and gave our family a chance to reconnect as we live a distance from each other.  All the best in the 'New Year'  Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay at your villa after our first week at Disney hotel.  The villa is well equipped with all amenities.  We felt very safe on the complex as having stayed last year on a property that was not on a gated site.
We had a fab time - did a Disney park nearly everyday visiting some more than once.  Highlights - fireworks at Magic Kingdom, getting soaked on Kale Rapids at Animal Kingdom, having breakfast with the princess in Cinderella Castle.
Very comfortable stay in the villa - would recommend to friends and would definitely return. Thanks!

Just thought I'd drop you a line to tell you what a wonderful holiday we had staying at your villa. We all agreed the villa was FAB - great location, beautiful decor, smashing pool and a view from the patio to die for. It's been a bit of a let down getting up this morning to a pile of washing and a foot long back lawn to mow [at home]! Oh well, I suppose at least its sunny today.
 
After the initial hiccup with the door code, we did use the key throughout our stay - I kept trying to use the code, but I don't think anyone came to check it. The pool was much bigger than we expected and the pool toys kept the kids happy. We also took the boogie boards to Coco beach for the day and had great fun body surfing. We were also very impressed with the community pool facilities too - very relaxing after a day in the parks.
 
You may need to contact Goldkey to get some new tips for the pool cues. Both tips are missing - my husband managed to make them usuable with a cotton wool pad and some sticky tape, but they won't last long! If you don't mind me suggesting this, but a welcome addition to the villa would be a small portable ice box to take some lunch to the community pool. I honestly think you have thought of everything else!
 
Anyway, we had a fabulous time there and will certainly be recommending your place to any friends who are thinking of visiting Florida. We probably won't be back for a couple of years now, but I have your webpage saved on my favourites for our next visit!

We have had a fantastic two weeks in your lovely villa, which we found to be comfortable and well equipped.  It is so convenient within easy reach of all the attractions, but so peaceful & secure.  The games room proved very popular (especially the pool table for boys of all ages!)  As we have visited many of the parks previously, we have varied our visit this time, but there is so much to do.
Our highlights have been:

1. Visit to Celebration - many lovely eating places & so different
2. Park after 6PM at Universal for a night visit - fireworks, etc. at 9 PM is lovely after dark
3. Seaworld - Dine with Shamu buffet, lovely food & special show followed by Shamu Rocks, & fireworks
4. Airboat ride with Capt. Dave of 'Aquatic Adventures'
5. Medieval Times - fun night, good food
6. Watching sunset from patio
7. Most exciting!!!  Getting caught at the far cable car station in the middle of a thunderstorm with lightning flashing at Busch Gardens - but not really recommended!

All-in-all, a great holiday again here in Florida!  No doubt we will return.
The pool complex is great but may we suggest a small cool box would be very handy to take a lunch or snacks.  Also - please could the boys have new tips for the snooker cues?  Thank you and best wishes from all.

Thanks for the stay in your beautiful home from April 21 to April 30. The house was everything we had hoped for and more. It was perfect accommodation for our two families and the location to Disney etc. could not have been better. We really enjoyed our stay at [your Villa].  The weather was sunny x 10 days with temperatures ranging from 30-33 C (85-90 F).  Our days were filled at Disneyland which by the way being only 10 minutes away was a treat, Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, and Universal Studios.  [We] really researched this holiday and came out on top.  Our trip went fast, so enjoy every minute of it.
If you go on Bonavista, go about 1 mile or 2 down the road.  There is a Target Supercenter for groceries, Publix, and Starbucks is there.  We ate breakfast in, and lunch and dinner out.  Red Lobster speaks for itself.  We ate at The Black Angus and had great steak and fish.  The service is fantastic.

Just wanted to drop a note to say how pleased we were with your home.
It was more than we imagined and absolutely beautiful.

We had 6 other families staying in the same resort and none of their homes compared to yours.  We would definitely stay there again. Great location for all things we wanted to do and the games room came in very handy for the older kids in the evenings.

We had a couple of days of cool weather, but nothing compared to what we left behind!!

Your property is located in a great location for families with kids, for golfers and for people who are generally looking for a great time in Kissimmee. Your facilities are great.  Just loved the pool and jaccuzi. It was a home feeling while we visited your home.  Great place for living full time! Also, a great place for families with kids who want to visit Disney!
